Every Connexed Appliance comes with full manufacturer's warranty and included support for the lifetime of the service. Connexed not only warranties the Connexed Appliance against any mechanical defect but we also remotely support the appliance with OS updates, security patches, and application updates, all automatically through the Connexed Surveillance Service. As long as you are a Connexed Surveillance Service customer we guarantee we will keep your Connexed Appliance working and online.
